Open Media: Supporting journalism in an open society
In New Zealand (and globally) the landscape is changing fast. Tech giants and social media are eroding advertising revenue, editorial capacity is rapidly decreasing everywhere, public funding is tightening and journalism is feeling the pinch big time. A big question emerges....what do we need to do to support quality journalism in an open New Zealand society?
