Keitha Booth is continuing to actively lead, advise and commentate on the New Zealand information scene. From 2008 to December 2015, Keitha led the NZ Open Government Information and Data Programme. She played a key role in developing government's current information policies, all of which promote open licensing as a fundamental principle. As an independent consultant Keitha has worked this year as Interim Public Lead, Creative Commons Aotearoa New Zealand and with the Chair in Digital Government at Victoria University of Wellington. Keitha is a member of the Digital New Zealand Advisory Board and the Creative Commons Aotearoa New Zealand Advisory Panel. She is an Associate of the UK Open Data Institute.
